Warwick Lodge - Carlisle (Cumbria)

The queen room we stayed in was brand-new with a superb breakfast.

We were met by accommodating, pleasant personnel.

The wonderful, friendly owners, the beautiful, comfortable room, the close proximity to downtown.

Comfy and peaceful hotel, it deserves its 3 stars. A lovely restaurant which is reasonably priced and serves excellent food is available. I would come here again, thank you for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was only for one night, but our hosts were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, very clean, and the breakfast was lovely. We were there for football, and the hotel was ideally placed for us..close to the ground one way and close to the town the other. We would book up the Warwick Lodge straight away if we visit Carlisle again.

The decor was mind-blowingly quirky, a unique vibe. Plus, I loved the cozy ambiance in the parlor for breakfast!

The questhouse is located on a very bussy road.this realy was a problem for us as the noise went on all night.

Typical family run hotel. Lots of smiles, lots of can do, nothing is too much trouble type of attitude. Breakfast was fabulous. Very helpful staff (family members). Overall a great experience and just the sort of place we like.

Delicious gourmet breakfast choices

We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and we were made to feel at home straight away. The room was very comfortable, with lots of lovely features, and a good sized bathroom to boot. The breakfast was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble.

The owners were lovely and very friendly. The room was excellent with all the facilities I required, was spotlessly clean and had a large very comfortable bed. The en-suite facilities were excellent. Breakfast was served in a nice bright room. Again everything in this dining room was spotlessly clean. The variety and the quality of choice of food for breakfast was first class. The Lodge was within easy walking distance of Carlisle city centre. I feel that my stay was real value for money.

Absolutely loved the crispy fries from Happy Garden just down the road! The breakfast was great too, a feast fit for a king! Plus, our room was spacious and well-equipped.
